Terms of Service
Effective date: 15 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of liquidedge.app and the tools, content, and services made available on it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LiquidEdge ("LiquidEdge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Some features require you to create an account; you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. The Service
LiquidEdge provides educational and analytical tools for concentrated-liquidity providers and DeFi strategists, including simulators, calculators, and lesson content. The Service is a software product — it does not custody funds, execute transactions, or connect to user wallets. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
3. No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
Nothing on LiquidEdge is financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. All content, simulations, calculations, scenarios, lesson material, and community discussion are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Outputs from our tools are estimates based on the inputs you supply and modelling assumptions that may not reflect real-world conditions. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and must conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you see on the Service.
4. Risk acknowledgement
Cryptocurrency, decentralised finance, and concentrated-liquidity strategies are highly volatile and carry the risk of substantial or total loss. By using the Service you acknowledge that:
- Past performance does not guarantee future results;
- Simulated or hypothetical performance has inherent limitations;
- Smart contracts, protocols, and bridges can fail, be exploited, or be deprecated;
- Token prices, fees, and yields can change without notice;
- You are solely responsible for any losses you incur.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law;
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots, headless browsers) to access the Service in a way that degrades its operation, except for well-behaved indexing by public search engines;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written permission;
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data;
- Use the Service to develop or train a competing product.
6. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the LiquidEdge name and logo, the software, the tools, the lesson content, and the underlying design — are owned by LiquidEdge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal, non-commercial purposes.
7. User content
Any inputs, configurations, notes, or feedback you submit to the Service remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Clerk, Google, Vercel, and Supabase) and may link to third-party websites and protocols. We are not responsible for the content, policies, performance, or security of any third-party service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Paid features and the DeFi Mastermind community
Some features or content may be made available only to members of the "DeFi Mastermind" paid community, sold through Whop. Billing, refunds, and cancellation for paid memberships are handled by Whop under their terms. Access to paid features may be revoked if your Whop membership lapses or is terminated.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any outputs will be accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will LiquidEdge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiquidEdge from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to sue in your local courts, nothing in these Terms removes that right.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and LiquidEdge regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.
